At Totter + Tumble, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the garments are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring the packing slip is included inside for faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
